RE: No resolutions.

My resolution is to stop joining internet forums and start meeting people in the R/W.

Also to stop eating chocolates... I doubt I will meet that goal.

Everyone that gets dumped moves along at their own speed. Take your time. I know its painful to be left and really painful when its done in such a dishonorable manner.

My heart was crushed 7 months ago and I'm just now starting to feel "normal" again. (I recover slow)

Every single day look in the mirror and say "I'm a strong Independent person" Keep putting one foot in front of the other and soon everything will focus again.

No thats called stupid.

A rebound is when someone gets dumped and they grab the next available body so they are not alone. Could be for psychical reasons but is usually emotional reasons.
Then (often times) they feel better and are ready to date or sometimes reunite with the one that dumped them and they dump the CRUTCH... notice I said CRUTCH not CRUSH.

I don't see why it would. You are requesting what they are.

I suspect it would turn all other Ethnicities away.
But if thats what you are attracted to then I say got for it. That way when you settle for something different the Gal you settled for won't be second best. (and treated as such)

I would hope that I would have the courage and strength to help.

One never really knows until faced with that situation.

I always thought I could shoot someone that tried to enter my home.
I had that happen and I was so shaky I couldn't pull the trigger. I called 911 and could barely speak my needs. Later when I heard my 911 call during the trial, I couldn't believe the voice was mine.

I can only hope so.
