Ahh Len, thanks man!!!
Completely agree with the one/two lines... although saying that... I have since experienced, that some folk also use that as a sneaky tactic, to draw people in... to encourage them to ask questions, engage in further email or IM contact... but personally, I mush prefer getting a brief overview too, so to speak!

I've added some more pics recently! Less MOODY! Unfortunately there's a bit of 'fisheye' lens going on...but just 'cos the camera was way up close!! :P

Yep I hear you, but it does also clearly states 'Dec 2012' and has done so since I uploaded it! :D

As far as 'online' penpals goes... worldwide is good it's the beauty of the internet, isn't it? I have stipulated 'preferences' there in My Match Info!

I think your profile looks good.
Reads well also...

I think although your images look great (VERY small though!), all very consistent, but for some folk this might put them off, may think you are in fact fake yourself!

I'm all for consistency and presentable imagery; but these images aren't helping you I don't think, in that it kind of looks like you got them from a modelling website or something ...you should mix it up a bit!

Most likely guys would like to see more of a mix between these types of 'posed' pix and also 'natural' decent shots too... ones that capture a moment of you smiling with friends and so on... I think you should at the very least make the images a little larger too... lose the white border to allow each to be a clearer/larger pic!

Haha, vivid indeed... nice of you to say though! :P

I think if I had been born of another time or another place... I like to think I would have made a difference in that timeline, no matter how big or small... never too late to make a difference of course... my time will come!

Too long? Maybe for you... but then some people like to read a little more than ONE line description on here I find! They are the ones I would preferably like to speak to!

Pompous in what way exactly? I'm not the one saying I'm saying I'm 'HIGHLY creative' or "worth your while"!

Is it perhaps by selling myself like everyone else is? stating my genuine qualities? I'm not being immodest! I've worked and interviewed people for job positions in the past with far LESS modesty than I actually possess.... Maybe because I dare use an image of myself, show my TRUE face on this website? Is that what you mean?

If by modesty you mean hiding behind a profile pic of a squiggle-lined-head made from '90's clip-art' then maybe you're right, but then I'd be missing the point of this website entirely, it'd equate to wearing a mask when I go out in public!

Oh well, it's about communicating for me; as much as it's about looking at girls' photos!

I'm sure the way it's worded all is pretty much there that they usually see on other profiles anyway...if they want to read further, they can... if not, they can keep on skipping!! ;) I have plenty of images there too for those who can't be bothered to read more than a single sentence!

Wow, what a lovely reply... after what you say, I suspect that is the deterrent here in this case then, I mean it not to seem like some sort of 'game plan' - I've recently come out of a relationship and have my little girl to think of too... always! I hear you and was concerned with the length of it myself too, but really... 90% of the people on here say pretty much nothing to distinguish themselves from each other, reducing themselves to a photo of a face... I thought I'd try to be a little different, it's still long, but at least edited now though.

If folk can't be bothered to read my profile...then I'm not missing out really!
