I've done very little really; it's mostly genetics (inherited traits). I colour my greys, and avoid eating red meats, but that's basically it. I snack a lot and don't even exercise. Sorry..

Hi Guzas, your profile looks good - a nice variety of pics is a plus.What I suggest is that you be more specific about the age range ('18-99' says that you are compatible with any age), and the overuse of the choice "any" in the preference section suggests that anyone would do).
If you would be more specific, that tells ladies that you may actually be a decisive person who knows what you want.
