Sorry you're having such a lousy time on here :( First of all I think that you should get rid of the third pic, you just look really grumpy in it! The others are much more friendly looking! :)
Also, could you write a wee bit more about yourself? You have your interests down, which is great, but it doesn't get who you are across really... you know?
I'm not sure what kind of mails you're sending, but I know I rarely reply to a mail that consists of 2 lines max, so maybe that's where you're going wrong? It's nice when someone puts some effort into mailing and it's very easy to spot the generic mails some guys send around.. (not saying you do this by the way though!)
Your profile looks fine to me, but I'd suggest you put up more photos as the one you have up is very fuzzy and I know that'd be something that would put me off anyway.
You said you've lots of ideas running through your head? Well you know what? Just write them down! It's the best way of getting across what you really want out of this, just write down exactly what's in your head; don't try to dress it up - just be honest :)
