I think your headline is wonderful and the essential content of your profile is very good Lively! I would consider being more succinct though; at times your profile seems somewhat wordy.
This is just an example of being more succinct (this example cuts 250 words without losing your essential meaning, and I think it more positively communicates what you're attempting to express in some places... but of course, you need to be the judge of that):

As far as what my heart desires, I want to be loved and appreciated in the same way I am capable of loving and appreciating someone! Overall, I think your written profile is good. I'm not sure, however, I'd want to expend the energy of having to 'persuade' the one I'm with to go out.
If you're not particularly inclined to go out, just say you're more of an indoors kind of guy but do appreciate some outdoor activities and places... and then, *name* those activities and places.
Your photos are nice, yet I'd consider two things... First, add photos of you *smiling* and second, turn the two photos of you upright. Maybe include a full length photo too.

Most definitely, the 1st, 3rd and 5th photos are good.I think the the best one of you, is the 1st. The 3rd is nice too, but not the best one.
With your child, the 5th is best... it's a sweet and tender picture, of both of you.
