In the last few years my life has completely changed for the better. I had no idea how heavily I labored under a depression that I thought I was on top of. Big changes in my life enabled me to leave a life time of bad mental health habits and take seriously self care. So now I am all about my emotional life, responding to it instead of repressing it, and I have to say I feel a lot like a teenager again.
