I am at the healthiest and happiest place in my life. 18 months ago I broke free from that unhealthy and negative relationship, but I also did much more, I cut ALL of the negative people, activities, partying and drugs (no serious drugs) out of my life. Now I am almost 50 pounds heavier (170 pds up to 215 pds), I am a body builder, eat healthy, live healthy and have nothing but happiness, smiles and love in my heart. I take fitness serious now, mountain bike lots, hike lots and will continue on this path. I was single for so long by choice because I realized that I could not truly offer anyone love and happiness if I did not love myself first.
