More About Me
So a little about me. My life is pretty simple. Going to the gym 3 times a week is one of the many things I enjoy along with playing volleyball, basketball and softball. My job keeps me busy as well as my two daughters that mean the world to me. Both of them are teenagers and pretty much do their own thing but I spend as much time with them as I can. My passion currently is playing guitar. I’ve been with a band for over a year actually reaching two and have now played live in front of an audience 3 times with them. A major bucket list thing for me! Yay! Love music more than you can imagine. The band plays mostly classic rock but I enjoy all forms of music. R and B being my favourite. I do have a lot of old school records I still listen to on my turntable. My other joy is cooking. Fun part of cooking for me is creating your own dishes with ideas and experimenting. I am a foodie for sure! Entertainment wise? Movies are my big thing. Love going to them and watching at home. Comedies, action, suspense thrillers, drama sci fi and I guess the occasional tear jerker. Can’t forget about dancing. On occasion getting out and just having fun and dancing on a night out with friends is sometimes refreshing and fun to just let loose and forget about your day. Other things I enjoy getting out and doing but don’t as often are bowling, pool, darts, bike riding, drives to unknown towns, would love to get to a beach more often and enjoy the summer. Personally I am not a fan of winter and prefer summer but there are ways to pass the time in the cold season. Going to see live bands either local or a larger venue is something I love to do.
