I'm a good person that's because my elders and youngsters tells me and also my peers. I myself am a little heavy but I still know about nutrition and how to diet and exercise properly because I never give up on my goals to reach a healthy weight and bmi and then lower my body fat percentage to 10 percent which is a long way but I don't give up, if any female either overweight or lean but knows how to diet or exercise properly or working on it I will appreciate if they reply, it's not necessary or I don't demand but it will be just a bonus but if not u don't know anything about nutrition whether ur overweight or lean I will still appreciate if ur just supportive and understanding and I will like u for u personality and just u being here for me and same for me towards u.u can motivate me to reach my goals and I can motivate you to reach any of ur goals and just be urself.
