I have several professions I hold two Master's Degrees one in Accounting and another in International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, I hold the Property and Casualty Insurance License and Real Estate Broker License. I Inherited a big house from my father and my mother that passed away not too long ago I have 4 bedrooms and five baths, so I am fixing to rent part of my house, with that fixed income I pay my regular expenses and then I am thinking to use my Real Estate License, Real Estate probably produce more income than a normal job but it is unpredictable, but since I will have my normal expenses covered by the rent income, the Real Estate income would be a gambling Income.
