I am an Australian lady born of British parents so feel close ties with the U.K. I was in education and absolutely loved it, however, due to on-going health issues I have had to, reluctantly, retire. I am interested in craft fairs, the theatre, galleries and have to be pulled out of bookshops with a shoe-horn! Weekends away are wonderful, but I also enjoy the quiet life although I have traveled a great deal in the past....especially to the U.K. as I have family there. I see myself as an Aussie/Brit and love British comedy...especially romantic comedies. I am a genuine woman....in all ways! I am definitely not a pub lady; but I do enjoy afternoons on the local sailing club balcony watching the yachts go by... good company is a bonus of course!
