My name is Paul, I'm 55 and a divorcee of 13 years. During those years I have not dated for I've kept my focus on my child support obligations. Now that those obligations are complete, I thought how nice it would be to develop a "positive difference" LTR with the right lady who also longs for laughter, spontaneity,affection, happiness, passion, commitment, sensuality, and romance that has been missing in our lives. I'm of Scottish Descent, I enjoy the simpler things in life, and I'm old fashioned in the sense that chivalry hasn't died. I'm friendly, personable, love to laugh, sensitive, and a good listener. I'm a former U.S. Marine and a Poet. One of my poems is a Christmas poem that's published on many websites. It tells the story of a mother's desperate prayer and Christmas Miracle for her little boy. I work in Risk Management (Safety, Security, Regulatory Compliance), responsible for the safety and security of almost 1000 people on a daily basis. I enjoy reading, writing poetry, playing chess, golf (I admit I could use some lessons), and I'm an advid Bruins fan. I enjoy watching reality shows on TV, but nothing like Jersey Shore. My all time favorite movie is The Sting with Paul Newman and Robert Redford. I would like to meet a lady who has the same desires as I and who resides close to Somerville (thus decreasing the distance between us.
