I hope I am flexible enough to know that it is never worth being right any or all of the time. Witty, funny and I can take the piss out of myself. I have a wide range of interests -but I like new challenges.
I do worry about my carbon foot print. Travel can be fine as long as one can justify the effects on the environment -or find green means to achieve the goals. I find a motor home towed by a yacht is green enough to explore far and wide.
I walk every day, cycle, climb and sail. I mainly eat vegetables and love raw food. But I like cooking and eating good food of any kind.
I share my home with a marmalade tom called Leonardo and sometimes a collie called Buoy -and they both come on walks with me. But this their choice. I really try to respect animals' rights and try to promote their dignity.
I have had a successful and rewarding career writing and making documentary films. And I still work if the job is interesting enough. And that has always been my approach. So I am (just) solvent -but it is fascinating -and lot of fun.
