What I am looking for and the one who is looking for me may never find me… but faith says it is always possible; after all God Himself said it is not good for man to be alone. After many long years of loneliness I still search for something real and lasting for the short time we have remaining in this world. I am a devout Christian busy with serving in ministry.. . At 65 years I am not done but just getting started with a whole new purpose... I am stable financially and in good health with some minor issues not on any medications... i am spontaneous so not much of a planner. I seek a help mate who has a heart of gold... not fools gold like I had before. From the Bible, Proverb 18:22 states a man finding a wife finds a good thing then Proverb 31 says a virtuous woman who can find.. These two things are what I seek for I had one without the other before. I don't even know where to search or what to do to meet this need. I believe that I am a good man; patient, kind, wise, caring all those things. I know I am not infallible so I am able to repent if I say or do something hurtful unintentionally. I am non-violent and even tempered. Some see me as stoic or a curmudgeon but I am told I have a great sense of humor; I am often cracking subtle jokes that may take some thought to understand. I am a very sensitive and artistic person, philosophical but connected to truth, passionate but even tempered. Intellectual so I like someone with whom I can converse with on current issues and Biblical apologetics or theology. I take care of myself but a help mate would be a nice addition to my home, I can provide as well. I have a house and vehicle. My family is grown and families of their own but are around and visit often.. the grandchildren seem to be increadsing in number.

Who knows what they really want? Fantasy is for children. Reality is hidden in a busy life. Love is the ultimate desire, to love and be loved. What makes that happen? What one wants is not the same as what one needs, right? I really need a help mate as the Creator made for Adam as did Abraham have in his long years in this world.
