alot of Irish music can be dark and depressing but it can be absorbing all at the same time. good or bad?

The frames are pretty good in a radio friendly kind of way but as usual the best bands/songs rarely get the recognition deserved.
A case in point are whipping boy an incredible album heartworm.

And yes some Irish music can be dark/depressing but compared to some of the Scandinavian music its a ray of bloody sunshine.

to tell the truth...I copped for this by accident...at first i thought the video's a bit wierd but because of that i was curious and instead of looking i listened and thought this is beautiful and did my usual thing when i love a record...played it and played and played it and I'll probably keep playing it until my dieing day:)
