Based on this song, I would rank him in the upper 1/4 of
rock guitarists, but well below most blues guitarists.
He's too repititous and it seems that he much prefers to hold notes, rather than change notes. I'd rank him well below SRV and a bit below Clapton on the blues/rock border. His voice is OK, but not great in range nor pitch.
