No Lou, we are not suggesting to stir anything to the 1.4 billion muslims but you have to consider their reaction whenever these attacks are happening.
I think just because we talk about terrorists, we automatically get the general population of muslims to be the culprit, no not at all. But like the video that was uploaded on my thread by Karlorado, their silence is easily understood to be not affected at all. Now there are so many videos that document their jubilation as a general muslim population whenever these attacks happen, both in the 9/11 and the recent one.
All we are saying is that we have to make them active in aiding the world to participate in this fight. It is wrong for these terrorists to use muslim or islam religion as the cause and decidedly so because it is very clear in the provision. Thank God not all of them follow that provision, but time and again, we keep saying that these 3 to 7 percent terrorist is enough to annihilate humanity if they are not stop, don't you agree?
I was just there and so many are discussing about religion. In fact most of these people that are talking about religion are those that are affected by the terrors. When I was there last month, a group of retried states men from your country and our friends had a very lengthy discussion about Charlie Hebdo and it stems from religion.

They must conduct random searches of 80-year-old women, little kids, airline pilots with proper identification, secret agents who are members of the security detail, 85-year-old Congressmen with metal hips, and Medal of Honor winner and former Governor Joe Foss , BUT....... leave Muslim Males alone lest we be guilty of profiling.

My welfare is as good as anyone else, I was at that same place in Paris last month. If I didn't know what is happening, right now I would be flying back to Ireland, but because of these events, thanks to newspaper and television, I am changing my mind. I can't put down reading WSJ and or not watching television as you ask. With due respect if it works for you, good. You are lucky to have the power to make a phone call and get the information directly from the horse's mouth as you claimed.
Now the commercialism and profiteering venture of the free world is also at stake with your mentality CC. I am sorry to disappoint you but information and the right to free speech as long as it is true is guaranteed in the constitution.
CC you can't do that, the value of being informed is a lot better than ignorance. We would have no clue of the attack if what you recommend is the way to go. While you are here, what is your purpose? For me it is to learn and share information.
CC, there's a very strong debate about the supreme justice, FBI director, all the candidates and it points to questioning Obama's decision of admitting that number.
In the end, it's a matter of our safety first and hopefully it will not lead to a more serious attacks anywhere.
CC thanks for your efforts. I'm not questioning the credibility of your information. Not at all. But that doesn't make us express our positions as to how best can we serve our protection without undermining the refugees need.
This is not about providing information that is not provable, it is about discussing whether we should take in these refugees and it is nice to get the information directly from the source which is what is going to be proven. In the end, whether we like it or not if that is the case then it is. Meantime, there are so many different ideas as to how best can we serve these refugees and at the same time we can make ourselves safe.
For all I know there are so many who are crossing the borders that might even be terrorist as we speak but it is our government's responsibility to control that.
