i'm certainly no expert..but that sounds to me like the 'smashing' is a way to deal with the released catecholamines rather than the anger. it might be more fun than pushups....but it's just using up the adrenaline. me thinks it might serve one better to deal with the 'why' otherwise one just ends up with adrenal burnout....
i'm so glad you wrote this. i am of the same mind as you. i am happiest when my heart is open, and i enjoy serving. (not just anyone or anything....it's my choice).
i believe there are only two choices. love and fear. my favourite place to be, is 'no separation'.
i want to fit into my new st louis outfit.... we're gonna have to calorie count...sorry bout that...KB... good news is that we will be sharing pizza...
