I can see the "frequency snow" as well. Constantly day and night. All of my video equipment now shows it clearly as well. The dimensional shift is taking a visual turn into reality. I have also experienced my binocular sets all have sudden double and triple images, impossible to focus , fix or even try. I've also noticed the shadow of myself on the wall as changed too, I now have multiple shadows, almost like outlines over trace paper, just fascinating. The inability to sync my clocks, watchs has become yet another sure sign of the transition occurring.
