ok here it goes.my left knee has been hurting me for awhile now.i am 5ft 4,my weight is 79.i am taking glucosamine sulfate 500mg plus chondioitin sulfate 400 and it still doesn't help.i am top heavy with skinny legs and arms.in the morning my knee feels stiff.i tried a knee guard and i hope to get some idea and advice on what to do next....pl advice.
