" It's really hard moving on when the past still holding you"
The person who have hurt me the most is my previous relation, well, that was four years ago..Since i am vocal about it..I wanna share it to my CS family
.. He courted me for 1 month and he didn't get my answer..He decided to stop, while on the other hand im still hoping for him to continue because i'm falling for him..He did not take me for granted and that's it..We became bf and gf.. Our relationship is going smooth.. We did not have a fight..I trust him and never would have i suspected that is having affair with someone..We started to build our dreams, plan for the future and so on..We are of the same company then, when my contract laps, i need to find another job and leave him in that company.. We seldom see each other but still the trust is always there.. Until, one week of non communication ends it..I call him trying to explain that i am too busy with my new job and if we can still try to fix this up..He said it was too late for he have a new girlfriend and she is pregnant...I did not believe him at first, I think that he was just mad.. I call him again and try if we can still talk but he refused..A call from a concerned friend proved that it was true.. I was so frustrated that day..I cried for two days thinking it would eliminate the pain..I don't really know how to start again..I realized that it happens because we are not meant for each other..
A guy with a huge orange head goes in to see a doctor. The doctor says, "How did you get such a huge orange head?" The guy says, "Well, one day I was walking down the beach when I tripped over an old lantern. A genie came out and said, I'll grant you three wishes, whatever you desire...what is your first wish?' I said, I'd like all the money I could ever spend.' The genie went Poof!', and there it was, all the money I could ever spend. Then he said, What is your second wish?' I said, I'd like a beautiful woman to love me, someone I could enjoy this money with.' The genie went Poof!', and there she was, a gorgeous girl who immediately loved me. Then the genie said, And what is your third wish?'...and I think this is where I went wrong...I said, I'd like a huge orange head.'"
Three guys, stranded on a desert island, find a magic lantern containing a genie, who grants them each one wish. The first guy wishes he was off the island and back home. The second guy wishes the same. The third guy says "I’m lonely. I wish my friends were back here."
A guy has a talking dog. He brings it to a talent scout. "This dog can speak English," he claims to the unimpressed agent. "Okay, Sport," the guys says to the dog, "what’s on the top of a house?" "Roof!" the dog replies. "Oh, come on..." the talent agent responds. "All dogs go ‘roof’." "No, wait," the guy says. He asks the dog "what does sandpaper feel like?" "Rough!" the dog answers. The talent agent gives a condescending blank stare. He is losing his patience. "No, hang on," the guy says. "This one will amaze you. " He turns and asks the dog: "Who, in your opinion, was the greatest baseball player of all time?" "Ruth!" goes the dog. And the talent scout, having seen enough, boots them out of his office onto the street. And the dog turns to the guy and says "Maybe I shoulda said DiMaggio?"
Last Sunday i attended CLP(Christian Life Program)..
They created this kind of program to enlighten our mind to know more about Christianity..Upon listening to the speakers, as they talk about their own stories how Jesus Christ came in their lives i felt connected..I will share one of the speakers story " Although he is a Christian he considered himself an Atheist, he don't believe in Jesus Christ until he got a very huge problem..He don't know what do and where to turn to..He knelled and pray to the Lord.. He whispered to himself why did i call the Lord? That's time when he decided to turn its back to Him"..It's really inspiring to hear others telling their stories..In our life we can all experience calamities, obstacles etc..Who can help us in such things??I believe faith would be our best Armour..
Hello readers and Bloggers..
I've been in the site for almost four months and still searching for someone to love..Sometimes i think it's so impossible to find someone who can be serious like me..Four years of being single is not my choice..Destiny maybe..Believe me i have read a lot of books on "how to find your one true love"..I am not a "choosy" type woman..Indeed, i am a woman who just want to live a simple life..Maybe im just too desperate that's why im writing this..What do you think??.Anyway i just want to share my dramatic side
Good day everyone..
Blessed are you, O Lord our God, the all-holy one, who gives us life and all things. As we go about our lives, the press of our duties and activities often leads us to forget your presence and your love. We fall into sin and fail to live out the responsibilities that you have entrusted to those who were baptized into your Son.
In this holy season, help us to turn our minds and hearts back to you. Lead us into sincere repentance and renew our lives with your grace. Help us to remember that we are sinners, but even more, help us to remember your loving mercy.
As we live through this Ash Wednesday, may the crosses of ashes that mark our foreheads be a reminder to us and to those we meet that we belong to your Son. May our worship and prayer and penitence this day be sustained throughout these 40 days of Lent. Bring us refreshed and renewed to the celebration of Christ's resurrection at Easter.
We ask this through your Son, Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit for ever and ever. Amen.
