If we are to behold the spirit of death, We must open our hearts wide to the body of life For life and death are one, as the river and sea are one For what is it to die, but to open from the cocoon and become the butterfly To leave the pain and weariness behind. To rise and seek our Father in Heaven For when we cease breathing and feel free of the restlessness and when the earth lays claim to our limbs, then do our spirits truly dance
Feel the Earth beneath your feet The warm Sun upon you face Slowly and deeply, breathe the fragrances Stoop, and with your fingers squeese the dirt ...You are now one the the Earth Celebrate and savor....
A Tear Drop Fell
When I first heard your voice, my spirit fluttered
As if to have known you once before
I loved your smell and breathed it slowly
Capturing your scent within my mind
Stirring my inner being, savagely wanting and needing
My Spirit would soar and dance for days
I fell in love with you
And yet as I shared those feelings
You pulled back denying
except the one
Ahhhh, my dear big daddie….as a flower grows yet no nourishment…dies
So my feelings…died
In my mind it ended
Even before you knew
I then denied
A tear drop fell as I wondered
Were you even worth my love
Then tear drops fell
