I myself am tickled to death about this but the biggest part of my family is having a hard time accepting the fact that my son's girlfriend is bi-racial. To me it isn't a problem but my family members are not willing to accept her and if they can't accept her can they really acept the baby? I know that there is always going to be people out there that are against this but let me ask this, when a child is born and is both black and white what race should they lean toward? Is it so awful that my family wont accept her? I know that times have changed but why is it that most people refuse to do the same? This really has me torn. This is the greatest time of my life and I can't really share it with my loved ones. If any of you guys have been thru it then please let me know how to deal with my family.
