Just Trying

sometimes i wonder if i try to hard. sometimes i feel like i shouldn't even bother anymore. im so sick of being alone, nothing seems to work.frustrated doh mumbling crying comfort

I agree with you. I've been on my own now for 8 years after my husband died. Been out with lots of guys, some from dating sites. All a complete waste of time. Maybe I'm too fussy, and like you I hate being on my own. To make things worse, my best girlfriend and best boyfriend have both found partners and are blissfully happy... and I can't say I'm not envious because I am! However I'd rather be on my own than be with someone who's totally wrong, so now I just go out with my girlfriends, have a good time and if I meet anyone perfect, great and if not....!
