I agree with you. I've been on my own now for 8 years after my husband died. Been out with lots of guys, some from dating sites. All a complete waste of time. Maybe I'm too fussy, and like you I hate being on my own. To make things worse, my best girlfriend and best boyfriend have both found partners and are blissfully happy... and I can't say I'm not envious because I am! However I'd rather be on my own than be with someone who's totally wrong, so now I just go out with my girlfriends, have a good time and if I meet anyone perfect, great and if not....! Good luck
Just another complete time waster. Take it from me honey, the men that you meet online are after one thing and one thing only which is fine if thats all you want, but if you're looking for a long lasting permanent relationship forget it. You'll have more luck at your local supermarket! I've stopped trying to meet anyone on here or other sites, just go out with girlfriends now enjoying myself and if someone comes along, then great and if not.... who cares!
