I think what she's trying to say is that her ex friend is either checking out her profile every day or watching her personally every day, and yet not speaking to her in either case. Yes, that would be frustrating.

That drives me crazy, they act like there not interested but always looking at your profile but never emails or replies back. Very strange men!
