New generation

So each decade had something in music there were the greats in music beatles doors led zepplin hendrix sinatra elvis, cash new things contantly movies were original 20 years ago snd on.erato theres less creativity it seems like nothing is original any more ...has everything been done ? confused confused

I've always had a theory that there are only so many musical notes, and therefore only so many combinations of notes that can be played. Sooner or later, they would run out of combinations of notes to play, and have to repeat notes of somebody else's songs.
