Does a judge give you leniancy for taking out a fr

Would a judge and the courts give you leniancy if you take someone out, but can prove that he defrauded you out of everything.

Go to a landlord association or a realtors club, etc and talk to people who would be glad to share their experience.

You must get legal council where you live not in a blog.

Every situation is different and as you were told in another post the landlord laws vary not just by country but by State/Territory, etc...

Often you can get free legal advice.

Only if one consents to being taken out rainbow and you need 100% proof eg, witnesses (paid or unpaid and preferably more than them..lol), paper work eg receipts, contracts etc, that will clearly show he defrauded you of everything..the judge may give you leniancy rainbow... wave
