why does it have to be so soon

For the first time ever, I am posting a shout out. This is about a guy I met here on the site. His initials were JT, that is if he were even telling the truth. We started talking to each other on a Thursday and from that very first encounter I had an instant liking for him. I enjoyed reading his messages and I looked forward to our chat everyday and his messages made me smile. He was romantic, sweet, thoughtful, intelligent, almost too good to be true.
But I am also aware of scammers and what they do as I have encountered a couple of them from the site. With JT, I cant help but think that he was one of them and deep inside of me I was praying he was not. But unfortunately, he was!!!
Everytime we are online, I found myself saying a little prayer that wont be the time he would drop the bomb. Unfortunately, he had to do it after a week. He had to tell me of the trouble he had at work, that he used his company's money and needed to refund it within 2 days or he will be dismissed from work and put behind bars. He had to try to get some money from me!!! He had to do that because that was his main reason for getting my attention with the very first message he sent me.
I felt my heart racing when he told me of the sorry condition that he was in. I felt sad that our everyday conversation will have to end. Why does it have to be so soon when I was enjoying the attention he was giving me? He made me feel good with everything that he said to me. He was the kind of guy I wanted to be with....but he was not for real. If only he was real. Too bad...too sad.
Wherever you are, I hope the time will come for you to change your ways. I hope that you will stop fooling other people and breaking women's heart.

Good that you immediately realized that he is a such a bad person and not someone who you could hoped for. And that you did not fell in his trap. Be careful always in dealing with people in the internet as we do also in real life. hug
