Can't Sleep

Hiks hiks already 1 am and I still can't sleep. Tomorrow must go to church. Any suggestion what are you doing to try sleep? Thanks you are the best if you help me lol

Thanks finally I can sleep well, I try all but just the last suggestion not lol. I'm not drink alcohol. But thanks you for your help.

About count the sheep, I don't remember if got trouble with the bunny and ghost lol.
