how to feel better, when you are not sure your guy

I am reading the book Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus, honestly I learned a lot from the book how to understand the difference of man and women.. It seems like its really hard to maintain a happy relationship nowadays when man tends to become more secured that woman loves them..hope someone out there give me inspiration that true love still exist....
