I'll share mine in a minute
However, since I was born and bred in Malaysia ( so were my grandparents and parents ) I'm only exposed to the Malay traditional songs, partly because I was sent to a Malay school unlike my other childhood friends who were mostly sent to Chinese schools.
Anyway, here's one of my favourites.....
This is definitely not my traditional song/music but can I share it anyway? Please?

I managed to find a compilation of some of my childhood folk songs. Used to sing this at school. Brings back a lot of memories...
Of course, these were sung, if you notice, by some non-Malaysians which I find highly entertaining
