Seems,that it is the Soursop,Annona species.
Too much of it might cause a form of Parkinsons Disease according to Research quoted in WIKI.
The Plant also contains Barbiturate,and is used to make a Sleeping-draught (Tea).
There is another Herb of the Cucurbita Family,which in the Caribbean is used against Cancer,it is called Serasee.(Momordica Charantia)
However,just because something is of Herbal Origin,doesn't make it less dangerous or less Poisonous than some Pharmaceuticals.
Case in point the Castor-Plant(Ricin).
