Id have to give up the beer, the drugs and the gambling first, before I quit smoking....It`d be far too stressful otherwise....
I tried patches once, but they melted when I tried to light em up....
Seriously..Ive cut down a lot since Ive been on a health kick...and its only a matter of time before I knock em on the head altogether....

Gave up when the time was right for me. Anytime I saw Nicorette adverts or any non smoker said to me to give up, I'd light up.
Do I miss them? Sometimes, but glad I've done it.
Now just have to get through a wedding Saturday without giving into temptation...
