Thankfully I dont smoke I can see people that do and how hard it is for them to give it up so Im glad I dont.

Oh LL I think docs script for both of us ....stuff ourselves with good food, washed down with excessive amounts of alcohol, dance like mongs and then if still up for it man hunt for you....
It is national no smoking day, UK it may be different in Ireland...

The problem with smokers is that they stay funny in the head

I have been trying to stay off smokes for the past month. Got a health scare... just diagnosed with a dodgy ticker. Haven't managed to stay off altogether but am not doing too badly.
I'm ok without smokes at home (most of the time).
But work is just soooo stressful and pressurised that I find smokes are my way of coping with having to be there.

Five weeks ago tonight I smoked my last ciggie. 
Gave up when the time was right for me. Anytime I saw Nicorette adverts or any non smoker said to me to give up, I'd light up.
Do I miss them? Sometimes, but glad I've done it.
Now just have to get through a wedding Saturday without giving into temptation...
