I bet you have some eye opening stories to tell.... All I can say on the feeling down bit is just dont dwell on it, get up and do something positive to take your mind off it - that works for me anyway - think of all the positives instead of the negatives if you can and heck, it sounds like you can cos you have sure turned your life around good style

thats the prob, i should be on top of the moon ,the only thing i can think is that its guilt knowing my little girl is back at home and as sad as it seems she , i think id better leave it there but i not been mind, on the good side i have 2 cans of beer
