HELP NEEDED QUICKLY!!!!!!!!(An emergency situation) ( Locked) (2)

This is from moonkitten......I have a friend,he has dislexia.But he is self employed,& very smart-he tends to trusr everyone!!That is wrong in a foreign country. He was probably taken advantage of with a contract & sent where it`s hard to contact anyone.He knows no one in the U.S. ,but me-has no relatives,but his 14 yr old son.(His son is with him,all the time).He just got through working in the U.K. He stayed at a hotel,in CHAD AFRICA.When it was time to go back to Pinesville,Georgia,-he wanted to pay his hotel bill with his CAPITAL ONE credit card.(This was 4 days ago)-he tried everything including calling the credit card company-they said there was nothing they could do.Why did someone take the card in the U.K.?????They want him to vacate the hotel but won`t let him go,until he pays the bill. I know for sure he`s good for the money-his bank refuses to wire him any money,because in that place-they say it won`t get to him.(He will be walking the streets with his son).I just hope he find a Christian person that will lead him to a church to help him,as I can`t do anything but call my Senator,Mike Rogers..I fear for him,someone may take his son from him.I hope they don`t arrest him,for sure,.I am beside myself from worry-when he called me.He was crying so hard,& Terry is very hard to understand.as he has a thick french accent. >>>>>.DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO.??? OR KNOW OF SOMEONE THAT COULD HELP HIM & HIS SON??????I would appreciate any ideas.Thank you
