It's like this, I spent 40 odd years NOT appreciating my body and trust me it was always a great body, when I came to about 42, I realised that not appreciating my body was such a waste of time, I said doh Trich....So since then I know I have the perfect body for me. You all have the perfect body for you too.

My thought for this day............
