that is a very serious thing to have ...you can treat it with xanax...if you dont have any it should take care of the problem...if you dont you are going to start thinking all bad thoughts your heart is going to be racing very fast you may even lose your breath and pass out...this is tricky your mind controls what your body is doing and this is something no one can do control there mind...so if you take your xanax you should not have any problems...other symtoms you can have is disorientation, confusion, passingout, sweating profusely,...if this occurs and you have no medication you should not drive call the ambulance immediately and go to the er....doh

a lot of people suffer panic/anxiety attacks, my biggest attack would be vertigo, causes would be lack of sleep, too much beer/spirits and not enough walking/fresh air,
best wishes,

If you know you are having a panic attack.
And are absoloutly sure that's what it is.
Should read up on womens heart attacks. Symptoms are vauge, what could be a little stress might be something more.

I have not had them but they are caused by stress. Lots of it!!

Trick is to de-stress and even harder not think about the panic attacks. I know easier said than done. There are some pills that can be prescribed but you're better off finding an outlet to de-stress. For some it's regular massage therapy, for others it's gardening, just something you really enjoy that lets you relax and collect your thoughts while you're doing it.
