Maybe so but I think we also need to be practical. If a person is willing to relocate well and good but for me, my family are here and it isnt something I would consider so no point travelling to far.

I had a friend of mine tell me that exact same thing as you were told and unfortunately it does reflect back on the good and decent men.
I have a friend who's wife was married before and she was treated like crap by her ex. Now that he's in a relationship with her she blames my friend for what her husband did to her and has told me and him both that all men are alike which I feel is so unfair to my friend cause not all men are bad.
