funkydelly: I can honeslty say I disagree not just because I am from kilkenny, but also because Galway are not by any means up to standard as of yet. I'd say the fact Galway had such pacey inside forwards our backs were probably content to give away a few frees rather than a few goals should Hayes have got a couple of runs under his belt early on maybe it would have been a different story but the boys are just to experienced as a team which I believe 90% of the other county teams are short on. .
They are very much so deserving of their title as they live and breath the sport and have over many years perfected the game...

i agrre with you that this kilkenny is a great team infact i think there the greatest team to ever play the game but all good things must come to an end and on saturday the looked beatable galways half back line went missing look at the space shef and larkin were given toward the end galway did the same against cork last year if the can rectify it then i think the can beat kilkennyThey are very much so deserving of their title as they live and breath the sport and have over many years perfected the game...
