Father's Day (3)
sultryash: This is the weekend of just spending time together, watching a movie, eating ice cream, and realizing how quickly they have grown up. As parents, we often complain about all the things kids do but i can tell you that all those fingerprints, left on lights, unclosed doors, shoes left in the middle of the floor, taps left running, all the noise will me missed when they are gone. We have a few short years in which our children, true friends and loves ones get to go soul walking in our lives. Dont miss it.

Nice post and so true. I have thought (many times) how nice it would be to walk in my home after work and see a dirty cereal bowl on the coffee table and a backpack tossed on the floor. It would give me more joy than I can express.
