How did you get to that point? Were you always this way.
I really admire people like you. I have a friend that really and truly doesn't have a type (looks wise). She really amazes me because I can never pin-point who she thinks is cute. She really gets to know people and I believe that's why she has successful (and is in) relationships. My best friend's wedding is this August and the guy she is marrying was not her type physically. 5 years later they are two months away from being Mr. and Mrs. and it's def. not a money thing because they both are extremely successful. She told me when she first met him, she brushed him off and never gave him a call cus he wasn't her type. A few months later they bumped into each again and he turned out to be a a nice guy. The rest is history.
We all have a right to have preferences, but sometimes I think these preferences are the things that are preventing us from moving forward.
I always had a type in mind and I always went out with the same type of person.
Since I've been on CS and another site, I've had a few dates with the 'other types' and I'm sorry that I was so limiting before. It doesn't matter what they look like...it's the personality that counts.

I notice that about myself too...took me 29 years to realize it too

I don't have a type;if he's caring and loving, I'm game.Oh but he should at least be a 12.

I did used to have a "type", yes. I had my ideal man, both mentally, physically and financially in my mind, and when I was younger I used to rigidly stick to that.
Now older, and somewhat wiser, I realise that love can appear in the most unexpected and delightful guises, and by opening your mind to all possibilities it really is amazing what can arise..
