The CS novel-ette (11)
TheSecretPenguin: Right I thought we could try writing a book, this is how I think it might work... I will post the first paragraph then who ever wants to add to it, you just start your post with the last 3 words of the previously posted paragraph. And hey presto before we know it, we will have a Best Seller on our hands.
So here goes.....
Chapter 1
She turned the corner onto Main Street at the same time as every other day, making her way to another humdrum boring day at the office. She passed the old man selling newspapers and thinks to herself 'I cant remember a day that he wasn't there no matter what the weather'. It made her wonder if this was it, would she take this same route day after day, week after week, month after month, seeing the same sights, smelling the same smells, thinking the same thoughts,just waiting for something to happen. At almost the same time as she finished that thought, the strangest thing happened...
a blast from her past almost 20 yards in front of her on the corner. frozen with fear of their past life together..she just starred hopping that he would cross the street and away from the awkward moment that would surely occur on them meeting... but just then...So here goes.....

He asks her for the shoes, and to her amazement, he was also a part time cobbler, with all the tools in his pockets. He does a quick repair, then bends down to slip them back onto her feet. As he's doing this.....
