For God's sake tell you? Is God that interested in such mundane things? And why is everyone from other countries always so interested in what we think about our presidents?

gillyloves69 london, Inner London, England UK View Threads View Posts 4 minutes ago : who were the best and worse presidents of the u.s.a and for god sakes tell us why ?
Da10th: George Washington
1) he fought for the American ideals of freedom, and though the odds where against him in the beginning, he stuck through the campaign as the general of the American forces and shared the horrible battlefield conditions found @ Gettysburg and still motivated a starving force to continue the fight for independance.
2) He appealed to a great deal of people that wanted freedom from Great Britain. To those that wanted to be able to dictate the terms of their own life and not be ruled by a tyrant thousands of miles away.
3) The greatest thing he did was command the American forces during the revolution. Upon being the 1st president, he proclaimed that he did not want to be a king because that is what the war was against, an oppressed tyranny.
4)The worst thing he ever did would have to be the fact that he allowed his emotions to control his decisions alot of times. He would make foolhardy decisions at the spur of the moment.
5)Not everyone loved Bill Clinton
6)Which George Bush? As far as Reagan, he bankrupted the Soviet Union which lead to it's collapse. He also was a reason through his great diplomacy & speeches, led to the fall of the Berlin Wall which in turn freed thousands oppressed by the Soviet Regime.
7) Which Kennedys?
8)And yes, American politics are all about greed & fear. Although the Obama administration has a more humanitarian approach, greed & fear is still used to drive U.S. politics.

Gettysburg? Seriously?
Gettysburg was a Civil War battle not evolutionary war. Washington would have to have been a very lively corpse to be doing any commanding in the 1860's.

well i think the best presidents so far is when the republicans were in there. why? well they believe in a strong defence of our nation and they don't cave in to appeasement and giving our enemies the opportunity to strenghthen their resolve to destroy this nation and our allies mainly israel. we need a president that won't take no bull froma ny country. also i want to mention that franklin roosevelt was a good president. another thing that makes republicans good president is that they believe in morals. this nation cannot win any battles against any rouge nations and terrorists by diplomacy because they will do as they like and the only way to get through them is by show of force or by faorce if necessary.
