if u r feeling this way, get away from the comp for awhile voluntneer, join a group. or there is sites on the comp like Getalife.com (true thats wat it is call lol) which focus on activties, they plan activities out and about in groups... Hiking, gost tours, dinners and more. Or seek counselling as suggested, you have some good advice there...
