Not sure who you were directing the question to but I'll answer.
If the person is truly your friend and is not interested, then the person would probably say "Thanks but no thanks, still friends? we're cool." If the person is interested back, then hey! great!
Everyone in the world has gone through the dilemma doesn't matter if they are straight, bi, gay, transgender, whatever. The only thing you can do is be honest, tell them how you feel and deal with the outcome. Good luck!

Good answer, i guess i'm just afraid cause when this happens i wind up hating myself for it. I've got other friends but i'd miss her most if i scare her off. That's why i did this thread, i guess what i really wanna know is opinions from women and men on how you'd handle it if ur friend told you they liked you and they were gay or lesbian.
