Not a fish hand myself but I love smoked haddock. It has to be skinned and boned. Then I do it in milk with a knob of butter. It's very expensive here though. I get it from Rene Cussack but they ship it in from Scotland.
Oh, and I love kidney too. I would have a kidney and kidney pie. You can keep the steak!
