i love both games and play both.. personally to watch on the tv, darts is far more entertaining... it can be quite pulsating.. snooker can be quite dull on tv.. but i much prefer to play snooker, it tests your mind, your ability and your skill a lot more than darts.. thats just my opinion scribs

ah scribs theyre both great. wouldnt dream of comparin them for a second!
I really should have posted a poll for this thread!
theyre both very different and all. darts is more of a quick fix adrenaline buzz its more instant, while snooker is a hundred times slower but in it own way the tension can build and build and build and it can be absolute tv quality - the finals between Ebdon and Hendry, and (obviously) Taylor and Davis come to find. and sometimes watching Ronnie play is like getting your knob sucked by an underwear model. just pure ecstasy

darts by a mile plus its great for the quickfire calculations as well

well i am away to killarney for the all ireland snooker championship cos my partner is a really good player.
so i guess i like the snooker

I watch and have played both .I have to pick darts as it's just a bit more exciting than snooker.Snooker is a great tatical game though. A good close game of either makes great sport to watch
I reckon both games are boring as hell to watch on tv but love playing a game of snooker, a lot of the halls have closed down in my locality,, anyone know of snooker halls in the kildare carlow area?

theres a firstWithout a doubt its Darts..Although snooker is great aswell. I used to be fairly handy at Darts and qualified for 2000 World Grand Prix in Citywest. Had to play 8 qualifiers and won them all.Played Bob Anderson, ex world champion in round 1 and got a hideing 7-2 off him. But I got two legs and threw 4 180's against him. Thats my claim to fame.
