Has to be a little switch around the casing of the notebook somewhere that say's wireless???
i have a notebook and laptop i had the same problem when i got my notebook on the very top their keys like f1 to f12 is their anything else on them buttons?if so you should see a signal bar like a sat dish for eg well press fn and that signal and it should work my signal sign is on the f11 button
